Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], [EMAIL] (“we”) for the use of Our Money Book.
Your licence
- One one-time purchase gives one household a lasting licence, including the yearly tax-rule updates: two people, each on up to three devices. Extra family members can be added with an extra-member licence.
- Do not share your licence key, invite links or emergency code outside your household. We may block a licence that is clearly used by several households.
- There is no subscription. Each new tax year's rules are added to the book as an update.
Not financial or tax advice
The book gives planning estimates based on the published standard rules for the most common situations, and lists what it does not cover. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Check important figures with a qualified professional. Tax rules change; we update editions when official figures change, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is complete or current at every moment.
Your data and the emergency code
Your book is encrypted with a key that only your family holds. If both the family passphrase and the emergency code are lost, nobody, including us, can open the book. Keep the emergency code safe and download a backup now and then.
Refunds
If the book isn't right for you, ask for a refund within [14] days of purchase at [EMAIL] or through Paddle (paddle.net). A refunded licence stops working.
Our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. You can always download a backup of your book.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the edition. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
